Our cakes are perfect for events of any occasion and size - weddings, birthdays, graduations, retirement, moving away, business...you name it, we'll create a cake for it!

We offer 29 different cake flavours, from the classic victoria sandwich, chocolate and carrot cream cheese to super sweet flavours (if you've got the tooth for it) like lemon, raspberry white chocolate vanilla, candy floss and bubblegum.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDERING

All our Products made by us are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

INGREDIENTS

All products may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, peanuts or other allergens.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform us prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy or dietary requirements.  It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy & ingredient information and accordingly the Supplier will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of our products.

All products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration.

QUOTATIONS

All Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

ORDERS

We prefer at least twenty one (21) days notice for all orders, as we are continually booked in advance. We will however endeavour, where availability permits, to accept short notice orders.  Additional charges may occur for short notice orders.

Any Products ordered from a picture or photo of a product produced by any other cake maker, can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo.

BOOKING

When placing a cake/bespoke cheesecake/tower/wedding favour kit order with us, please note order will not be confirmed until you have paid the 50% non-refundable deposit.

Wedding Cakes:
For wedding cakes the deposit required is 50%.  Separate deposits will be due for Favour Kit orders, mixed treat crates and towers

Celebration Cakes:
For celebration cakes the deposit required is 50%.

BALANCE PAYMENTS

Wedding Cakes:
The remaining balance is due at least one week prior to delivery for wedding cakes, mixed treat crates and towers, and at least one week prior to collection of favour kit orders.

Celebration Cakes: 

The balance payment should be paid on/before collection.  If delivery has been arranged (only available in a limited number of circumstances), the balance is due at least one week prior to delivery.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your cake order:

Deposit payments for all items are not refundable. 

Deposits for celebration cakes/items cancelled with at least 10 days notice, and wedding cakes/items cancelled more than 6 months before the wedding, are transferrable and can be used as full or part payment of any other single order, within 12 months of the original payment date.

For celebration cakes/items cancelled with less than 10 days notice and wedding cakes/items cancelled less than six months before the wedding date, deposits are not refundable or transferrable.

RESCHEDULING

Celebration Cakes:
If you wish to reschedule your celebration cake, we will try to accommodate your new date, but if we are unable to do so, your payments are not refundable.

Wedding Cakes:
Deposits/additional payments are not refundable. If you reschedule your wedding, we will try to accommodate your new date, but if we are unable to do so, your payments are not refundable.

RETURNS

We do not accept order returns.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must inform us in person or by telephone immediately. We cannot address issues where the product has been cut or served. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

PUBLICATION

We reserve the right to use any image of a Product made by us for publication at a later date.

RETURN OF HIRED EQUIPMENT

Deposits are taken for all equipment. All equipment must be returned on agreed date or extra charges may be levied to cover hire costs. Any damages to equipment will incur a reduction of deposit returned in order to cover costs of repair or replacement.

PICKUP

The Customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the cake is released from the care and custody of the Supplier. The Supplier is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.  Advice is provided verbally and in writing on transportation, handling and storing of cakes.

All delivered items are photographed on delivery to document safe delivery and condition.  The Supplier is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter.
